    Thank you for the video. I have done everything wrong. I have added 1 tsp. raw honey and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, regular store bought cinnamon to the cup and poured boiling water over it.  Your video, even explains it perfectly.. Thank you

    I had been wondering how to use cinnamon, and how much is required for a cup of tea.this is a boon for me. Can I add green tea after removing from heat. Will it taste good?

    if i have understood well one can't really eat cinnamon, ever? it has to be "strained" (removed) after the cooking….it is only supposed to infuse the water, right?

    Make sure you are using CEYLON cinnamon, and not CASSIA cinnamon.  Cassia cinnamon is very toxic and should be ingested on a regular basis (as in a tea).

    Hello, your videos are all very good with a lot of tips for a beginner like me. Appreciate the efforts that go into making them. Just a perspective from ayurvedic standpoint – honey should not be added to hot drinks or heated. The water should be just luke warm(vathu-vathunu).
