    @VinceDelMonte Hey Vice, im an ectomorph, been doing 5 day split, dividing out the days by body part. Ive been consistantly lifting for a little over a year now. I feel like i have been improving in size, but do you think it it would be better for me to switch to a three day split and focus more on compound exercises to get more size. Should i stick to the five day routine? or switch to the three day? Im about 151 lbs 18 yrs old.
