    maam I m a big fan of u main ny particular koi plan follow nahin kiya but main aap ki batye howy sari advices k hisab say kga rahi hoon aur bohat faida bhi ho raha hay lakin dinner main kiya khaoon ye samejh nahin aaya raw tu nahin khana I understand but kiya meat aur vegis paka k kha sakty hain
