    its funny i got in a fight at a 24 hour fitness the other day and i weigh 205 and this guy must have weighed 300 pounds of juiced muscle and he was talkin shit because i wasnt doing that much weight so we ended up squaring up and we were just throwing crazy punches and i landed a left hook and he went to sleep and i left and my girlfriend told me he stayed asleep for about 10 minutes, i hate when these huge guys think their better than us

    great video. Do you think gaining fat during bulking phase is natural? I cut down to 140 lb. with about 6% body fat, and now am 152 with about 7% two months later.
