    Squats build muscle ! furthermore if you have to loose fat and if you have a good Genetics so dont do any of quats and ladder style exercises, believe me :))

    how much does this help on the leg below the knee? the calves and ankles?

    I've got pretty slim legs but unpropotionally big calves and ankles, and im struggling so much with finding fitting pants. Because from the knee and down its so thight i almost cant get it on, but from the knee and up its too big and loose and a lot of belly space /:

    I have huge thighs. not that they are "fat" but they have a huge muscle mass. its un freaking real. I want to loose a bit of the muscle because it looks bad on me, I'm only a 14 year old girl and I'm very self conscious about them.

    I hate it. I feel so miserable. I have huge calves and huge thighs and huge hips. I want slim calves, keep my thighs, and keep my hips. But it is not possible. I guess going fit means sacrificing your hips. No way.
