I am pretty thin maybe around 130-135 I will need to consume about 3,240 calories per day. I do have some mass gainer shakes but before I begin what kind of foods should I eat and how often should I eat in addition to shakes?
I do sleep 7.30 hours a day and sleep an hour after work, before my workout !
Good ?
@XiPepsiX Hey man, if your trying to get bigger you need to do far less reps with heavier weights, and sleep is sleep if your getting 12 hours your doing great and giving your body time to recover
The title is wrong.
Ok im 14 i do about 50-100 reps of 10 pounds a day on each arm. Does it matter when i sleep? Cause im nocturnal. I sleep at about 5-7 am And wake up at 5-7Pm Is is good for muscle building? Or should i change my schedule.
what if you go to bed at like 4 am and wake up around 2 pm
hey man. i wake up after 4 hours. then fall back for another 3. is that poor??
it's a touchy subject, I agree that there shouldnt be steroid use and would never touch the stuff but in that sport if you aint juicin' you may as well quit cause you aint gunna win. and really it isnt illegal to do so. So I do agree teroid free id the way to go and they look better than these beasts out there but hey just cause I think its wrong I aint going to say they don't work as hard as natural builders do.
Ronnie Coleman and all the other "bodybuilders" are loaded with anabolic hormones… that's just cheating dude, that's why they are so huge! If you wanna see real bodybuilding google "natural bodybuilding". Becoming as big and as cut naturally is quite an achievement!
EEECODE65 he is built well, but I guess massive is all in your point of view. Ya he aint no Ronnie Coleman. Great tips Sebastian and I'll definatley work on drinking more water but that sleep thing will be the hard one. Have lost 65lbs of fat in the past 10 months the right way through propor diet and exercise and now working on that last 5 or so pounds to get "cut" Thanks for the tips!
1 line….the guy rox!
I really like these video because their is truth to all of them. However what if a person is not able to sleep for the full 8 hours due to insomnia or what not?
dont eat junk.. it will only get you fat. not build mass. eat like lots of stuff that contains protein liek beef, eggs, etc.
Dr. Mauro Di Pasquale has some really great things to say about how diet effects your natural hormone output. I tend to be more prone toward using carbs as an insulin control method in longer cycles, but I still feel his ideas are solid as the correct intake of healthy fats can really effect natural hormone levels.
The important thing is to try and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day.
Try using the calorie calculator at GIZMOFIT You will find it in the gizmo apps section on the yop link bar. Also, I would eat less fried food and amp up your healthy oils, proteins, whole grain carbs and vegetables. Boosting calories with fat should be done by using oils that haven't been super heated (fried or cooked with). You can add flax oil or rosehip oil to cooked food or drinks and get a much healthier calorie jump, after getting a balance of all food groups
i 13 i like fall alsleep at like 4 .if i try i would just lay there
A consistent sleeping pattern is best, because of how your systems operates on regular cycles. However, if you can't then I suggest getting 8 hours minimum when possible. Muscle tissue growth requires the extra, especially when training hard.
