How I Quit Smoking cigarettes Pot: Day 25 So Lots of Added benefits of Not Smoking cigarettes Dope

http://HowIQuitSmokingPot.com – These days is Day 25 in my personalized quest to quit smoking marijuana. So much so great. I’m noticing a ton of excellent advantages like: heading to mattress earlier, finding up earlier, a lot more reading, a lot more creating, a lot more willingness to make films, in general just a ton a lot more efficiency.

A single of my primary challenges around the many years has been my deficiency of complete concentrate. I’m nevertheless very much from complete concentrate, but am finding nearer and nearer every single working day. Now operating on what is most important, instead than becoming thoroughly eaten by what is heading on in the earth of social media every single working day all working day. I took a prolonged holiday vacation from social media throughout the thirty day period of December and I’m previously thinking about accomplishing it yet again.

Given that I have quit smoking marijuana I have located that I have a ton a lot more time on my fingers to essentially DO matters. I have personally resolved to come to be a do-er instead than a watch-er or an observer. I’m discovering it a great deal, a great deal a lot more gratifying to Make and Participate!

Thank you so a great deal for looking at this video, be sure to truly feel cost-free to subscribe to the YouTube channel and/or the blog site. I truly respect you and all your excellent assist!

Thanks the internet for youtube and videos like these! I quit, it’s been almost a year (thanks to Nemery Thentel’s site, on google you can find it), but these kinds of vids always work as a reminder that my present life wouldn’t be possible with the presence of weed.

Guys the time, and the money you will save is really worth it. My habit was clearly becoming an addiction, to where it's at a point where I'm smoking smoking 4-7 blunts a day… That's a problem! Marijuana Should kind of be like a social drug similar to alcohol, it's good here and there, but too much can really distract you from what really needs to be done. This is my first day ready to quit, and I'm really looking forward to financial benefits, the clearity and focus; also the full energy you get when you're sober and healthy. Thanks for the video this sure will keep me on track.

Hi   I very recently quit The Weed after many many years of smoking at least 3 or 4 joints a day of probably the strongest weed available.    I'm only on day 10 and am still going through the withdrawal symptoms.  Insomnia, Night Sweats, absolutely crazy dreams.  My Dreams are like going to the movies when I go to sleep. This is the longest I've been off the weed in years.  At this point I'm hoping I can stay off it permanently.  I hope to . Thanks……………

i'd recommend you to treat cannabis as a reward for doing good things – a good workout, a good exam (for me at least), a great day with great meaningful conversations with other people etc.

there is nothing wrong with weed at all. dont do it just for fun or without any reason. you need a clean mindset and everythig will be great.

The problem with you people is you're some burned out losers who abused cannabis. If you can use responsibly you won't have these problems. Smoking weed everyday is retarded if you do cut it to at least once a week.

hello my weed brothers n sisters. let me share my story. i had been using weed for 1.5 yrs. i had read many articles regarding safety (non addictive yet habituating, benefits, etc) before going full fledged (>4 times a day). initially it went well , was extremely happy! but then i realized (after 3 months of full fledged use)that i could not stop smoking (coz stopping weed made me irritable, loss of appetite, INABILITY TO SLEEP, depression)(excess weed use resulted in loss of weight despite increased appetite[im ectomorph, maybe weight gain for endomorphs], anxiety, paranoia, amotivation, slowness, etc). after losing my girl n job i quit smoking weed (after 1 yr of heavy usage, so high that i dint get any pleasure often, on further smoking!!! but i had to continue the routine to feel pseudonormal) , today s approx day 50 post TOTAL stoppage. no craving, getting good sleep , gaining weight , good mood, libido s back etc. for approximately 2 to 3 weeks i d real trouble coping with loss of appetite (by force feeding , FLUIDS, nuts and favorite delicacies) , insomnia (by exercise n chlorpheniramine maleate sos) , mood changes (by exercise, travel , new hobbies) , stopped getting weed(moved to a new place). yes , u ll suffer for 2 to 3 weeks (1 st week s most difficult) on abrupt stoppage after heavy use, but beyond that, everything s BACK TO NORMAL 🙂 i ll never go beyond 1 or 2 per week , if i try in future.
another method is to convert to the less potent and longer acting EDIBLE weed (called bhang in india) and to stop.
    good day people.

I support you brother! Knowing that the state of washington made marijuana legal makes the battle all the more worth fighting for! I struggle with quitting smoking weed, as i have friends who also struggle quitting smoking weed but now i am on day 3, hopefully no one tries to tempt me or i will cave or rage at them. I am at a tipping point now where i want to move on with my life away from marijuana and onto bigger and better things. We should all strive to be more than we think we are. It's ok if we slip up along the way, no need to beat ourselves up. I would say we should keep moving forward, as that is what reality is about, keeping the momentum going forward, not backwards. Just my humble opinion. Cheers, from Toronto, Canada!

I usually smoke pot everyday. I'm at university now and continued my habit for a while, I would smoke first thing when I got back from classes which wasn't good because i'd just play guitar and listen to music for most of the day, plus I wouldn't exercise as much. I also found that it was hard to get up in the morning, I didn't feel motivated to go to class and my eyes looked rather puffy. I also found that pot gave me a allergic reaction, when grinding it i'd get rashes on my skin and i'd sneeze too. Now that finals are coming up I have the intention to stop pot until iv'e done all my exams. I shall see how I feel after that and if I should continue. It's only been a few days since I haven't smoked/vaped and i'm already finding it rather hard… I endeavour to clear my mind and experience the highs from life instead. All the best everyone on your non pot journey!

Everyone who smokes "oh it should be legalized it's not even addictive" then they quit "oh I cant even sleep, eat, I have anxiety, and nightmares" bullshit go to the gym and exercise, you'll feel great about yourself and trust me it'll make you tired enough to  get sleep, or read a really boring book, that will put you to sleep too. you think coming off weed is hard? try coming off meth then maybe you can cry about something. What's even harder than quitting pot is getting a decent job with drugs in your system, I've been smoking for 6 years and on my 3rd day too and I feel FINE. Quitting pot ain't shit so just do it and don't look back, and stop hanging out with the people that just want to get high, they aren't your friends they just want someone to get high with. Go get a good job, get some fucking real money (not McDonalds money) and go get high on life. That's my plan!

  15. Charlton Ireland

I am one of the lucky few that can practice in moderation, usually I will have 1 joint just to help me get to sleep. Props to you for having the determination and willpower to stop smoking. I myself don't plan on quitting at any point in my life but if a situation arises that I will have to stop smoking for a few months/years then so be it. Good luck to you for the future!

I quit for over 20 years.  Now I have health issues and have gone back to using something that helps, Cannabis.  Thing is, I don't have to have it to start the day as I did when I was younger.  Weird.

Hey Joe, nice vids. Do you think that this drug is ever something over which people ever ultimately have control? Isn't that the illusion, that we control drugs?  As soon as you take the drug you are no longer in control, but under the influence of a psychoactive substance. You are less free than you previously were before you took it. Isn't the trap in the fact that the user thinks they are in control, but they don't know that they are not until they try to quit?

hey man im 16 almost 17 and i want to quit weed… i smoke from more than a year and i know that isn't too much but i smoke almost every day and if i have enough money i smoke 3 – 4 times a day maybe more.. so my question is do i have to quit it from today because i decided to quit smoking before  3 – 4 hours but im sure i want to do it, so do i have to stop it from now or it wouldn't be wrong if i smoke  1 – 2 times a week in the first month ? what is your oppinion about all this shit…
sry for my bad english man :)

As a great man once said "Holy shit this is hilarious… No it's fucking hilarious". These are some of the dumbest kids I've ever seen in my life, they've been brainwashed to think the weed has a direct correlation to there extended drug use. When in reality it's truly them having terrible decision making, self-confidence, and self-control since they all seem to have one thing in common and that's that they allowed other people to influence there decisions instead of intelligently thinking for themselves.

As someone who has smoked on and off since they were 11 years old and experimented with other drugs at an early age, but never got "addicted" to any of it since the drugs I experimented I understood the after effects and braced myself for them which allowed me to deal with them in a healthy manner. Now I don't experiment anymore nore have any addiction problems.

The only drug I still regularly do at all is weed and even than I find myself having weed and going weeks without smoking any, because I have a life and other shit to do and feel no sort of addiction to it what so ever. I don't know maybe I'm some sort of super human, or I'm like the millions of other people who smoke weed and still go on to lead incredibly active and successful lives. Now it doesn't work for all for example if you are a lazy person and think smoking weed will change that in some manner you are incorrect and weed will in fact make you more lazy which in turn could cause you to smoke more weed since you are a lazy shit. In the end drugs are a testament to our true character and I leave you guys today with one last quote I feel fits this situation fairly well.

"If you act like a bitch, you're gonna get slapped like a bitch" -Anonymous

nice work man 🙂 I used to smoke pot because it made me feel good. Because I felt good I was completely satisfied sitting on the couch and watching my life fly by, never accomplished a single thing. Now that I've quit I do things that are ACTUALLY rewarding.
