    How many times a week did you work out & how long for? And how did you change your eating habits?
    My problem right now is that it's hard for me to change my eating habits sometimes, but I have cut back a lot. I can tell because when I try my clothes on my pants are loose and so are my shirts.

    This was really inspiring to watch. I'm 170 IB and I'm only 5'2. I know I'd probably weigh less if I didn't crave chocolate and coffee every day. I hope I can get up the will power to jump start some fitness this year. I walk a lot but my body is used to it so it does nothing for me. I need to hit the gym hard every single day. Hopefully I can be a success story as well.

    Speaking of pagents, I love that over the years Miss America contestants have gotten nice and toned instead of aspiring to be sticks. Nothing is wrong with being small, but not everyone can sustain it in a healthy way.

    Most people have no energy, are sluggish and tired all the time and we eat the wrong foods at the wrong hours of the day, which knocks our natural fat burning cycles out of balance. Then there's the weight loss see saw effect, where you lose weight but gain it back much faster, do you know why? See my comment below to find the logical answer.

    Weight loss green store tea is an excellent appetite suppressant! Works well to reduce my cravings for sweets and snacks. Still had to make a conscious effort to cut out from my diet, but the weight loss makes it worth it.

    Did you have stretch marks like little purple lines on your hips (my muffin top) and in your inner thighs? I do. Any tips on how to get rid of them? I have a prob with my belly. It's hard tho & no I am not prego!! It feels like I have abs underneath it and I am not that big but I have a little pouch belly. And when I try to grab my stomach I can't cause i feel like my belly is so tight I am bruising my self

    I liked your video so much out of all the videos that I've been watching on weight loss motivation yours captured my attention the most out of a lot of them you're on my top 5 list. Your genuine honest and direct about the fact that you wanted to be happy healthy and wanted to look good because let's be honest we all want to look good not for vanity sake before self esteem sake. And some people get that confused with looking good with vanity. But you explained it just perfectly of wanting to be healthy finding a good weight for yourself and maintaining that weight and not just a bunch of crash dieting which is not healthy. And also having to encourage other people to do the same of being determined in finding something that you want so badly that you're going to work hard for it just like you did with your modeling and other activities. Finding motivation with the things that you want to attain.
