    I'm kind of scared to do this. I never used to look at myself when I trained. I started to at one point and I saw that I looked very asymmetric when I was using a barbell or doing military presses which made me worry about bad form. Recently I've been having trouble hitting certain body parts and when I tried to not look at myself and go by feel, I got worried that I wasn't distributing the weight symmetrically over my body.

Question: Without testosterone boosters, do you think it's possible to achieve the definition, cuts and vascularity as I approach my 50's?

    I have actually noticed that as well and I stopped using the mirror while excersing (except for flexing between sets 🙂

    I wear an Oculus Rift that's connected to a system of 3d cameras that surround me as I work out, so I can watch myself in full 3D and correct my form accordingly. 
    It really helps work my stabilizer muscles too because I have to keep from falling as I watch myself.

    Help enlighten some people on Cannabis / Bodybuilding, I know it has medicinal benefits, chronic pain etc. But what is interesting is that there are so many world top athletes with cannabis as favourite "drug" , i know its a very difficult subject but your a wise man and pretty sure many wanna hear your take if you have some good facts/knowledge

    I honestly do not need a mirror. i also can't focus with music, well music playing through headphones. music makes me emotional and focus on the music instead of training. mirror, i dont even need because im too busy focusing and visualizing the muscle being contracted.  i do like to use the mirror at the end of my workouts to see my muscles while doing a few sets for a pump

    Very interesting. About three months ago I was super pressed for time and I needed to get in and out of the gym quickly. I wore a ball cap with the bill curved way down. I did this in hopes that I wouldn't be talked to in the gym. I had the one most intense pump and workout ever and I think you explained this perfectly. So from then on I've either been wearing a hat or looking at the floor and my training has really progressed.. I enjoy your videos as always!
