    lol please ppl why do this… just progressively overload with 5×5… best way for a natraul guy to gain muscle/strength, this comment is for begginer/intermidiate no drug lifter. this workout shown will work well if your on the juice then again doesnt any type of training work well when ur on the juice oh wait in a tested enviroment people who did no physical activity while on juice made gains you here that ! dnt u just wanna lol…

    i heard if your elbows go below parallel you can damage shoulders so people with long arms shallow chest ( ectomorph) should use board on chest or dont touch chest . true?

    I myself like this aswell Vince. Ever since I watched creating tension throughout the entire rep. Making the rep harder will result in an increased soreness of pain the next day. Great video.

    How about you just bench with a full range of motion? What the FUCK are "straight sets", since when was that horrid range of motion a standard bench press. Touch you chest and lockout, stop ego lifting, and this exercise will become irrelevant…
