this is more like a sit up
this is actually a modified version of a crunch, where your feet would normally be flat on the ground, knees 90 degrees. also you cant tell from the camera angles, but it looks like the neck is flexing, bringing the chin to the chest, whereas the neck should remain neutral. in this video, the hands are placed next to the head which is advances technique, however the elbows are coming forward, showing that this position is likely too difficult for the demonstrator. instead, hands across the chest or arms flat on the floor.
