    Also how long can you do this mountain climber exercise
    everyday ? How much would you increase in terms of seconds spent doing fast and seconds doing slow and at what point would you increase that speed in terms of slow and fast speed?

    Can you lose weight doing that exercise alone everyday?
    I am 5ft 11.5 inches and 235 lbs.
    I can only do fifteen push-ups in my first set and very little after that.
    What exercises would you mix in with mountain climbers exercise?
    I need to do workout that burns calories? I want to lose it before the summer is over or at least by the end of the summer. I can't run anymore cause my knees can't take it. I don't do exercises where you kick in the air or punch in the air cause that messes up my joints.
    What do you call the exercise that you get in push-up position bring both legs up then get up and back down again in push-up position and do that same thing again?
    I need to burn calories and lose 55 lbs before or by the time summer is over. Can you help please?
