everyday ? How much would you increase in terms of seconds spent doing fast and seconds doing slow and at what point would you increase that speed in terms of slow and fast speed?

I am 5ft 11.5 inches and 235 lbs.
I can only do fifteen push-ups in my first set and very little after that.
