    actually a shoulderpress is better than lateral raises. My chiropractor told me this too, I have shoulder surgery 5 years ago and thought lateral raises were better, now I`m doing bench press and military press again and my shoulders feel much better

    Hey Vic! Great content as always. I normally finish each rep locking my elbows out at the top. I suppose the way you do them would keep consistent tension on the shoulders?

    Working out is so easy! It's the eating that's a nightmare. It's expensive as hell. I could spend two hours a day in the gym it's fun! Just don't have the bank account to finish the process. #facts

    Vic, I love your videos, always informative and you have great insight
    BUT this was not good. Your form mad my wrist and elbows hurt 🙁 Why are ur wrists bent back so much and you don't lock ur elbows at the top?

    I'm gonna try this method… looks a lot better for the shoulders.. and seems like keeping it in front keeps a constant tension on the shoulders..
    I was pushing it over my head and locking elbows at the top… probably a bad idea

    Nice video. I am about to begin working on shoulders. I wish I could have seen from the side, though. As silly as it sounds I have quite a long neck, and I am not sure what to do with it when lifting like this. I feel like I lean it too far back.
