DAY 2 and i felt the burn when i got up today and it made me push harder today. YEAHHHHH love it I feel this in my side back (if that makes sense lol) and I haven't used the light weight dumb bells. I purchase 4 lbs weights yesterday so i will totally UP IT!

This works for love handles? I thought it was just burpees and mountain climbers
The first exercise doesn't really work the muscles to get rid of "side handles" it just creates muscle underneath them, but the rest are great exercises
Hi I'm 14 and I had love handles ever since I was 9 and I have been trying to get rid of them. But I usually start exercises but then I usually stop. But this summer I am for sure going to get rid of them. I'm not fat. I just have these stupid love handles. It's hard to wear some stuff because my love handles pop out but I hope your video really helps
like I used to be fat until I went vegan, I don't have belly fat but I still have love handles hopefully this works

From what I understand, the first one builds the muscle where the love handles form, so wouldn't that build them up?
I was told working them out will just push the fat out while muscle builds underneath is that true

Hi there. I am a skinny fat guy who has got beer belly body. My upper body is kinda slim and I have ugly wide love handles which is sucking up my self confidence completely. I have a belly too. My arms are slim. Can I do this workout? Will this add muscles to my love handles? Please reply me quickly asap..
