Also….mix raw honey and turmeric and yoghurt…..leave for 20-30 minutes then wash off…then wash the towel, your clothes and everywhere else the turmeric has stained……it friggin works though esp helping to clear up and refine skin…use three times a week or more if you have the time….

i am 16 and i have severe acne, all over my face, shoulders chest, and back. It is a mix of whiteheads, blackheads, cysts, and maybe even some chemical burns. it is completely impervious to any acne creams, masks, washes, scrubs, or exfolients. i have spent too much money on products that strait out don't fucking work. my confidence is killed and i have trouble leaving my house. i can barely even handle letting my own family see my acne. it makes me want to fucking die. what the hell did i do to deserve this. i should totally consider skinning myself
