Hello my friend. I too am quitting smoking using the Nicorette inhaler system and is working out nicely. My program to quit started January 5, 2016 and haven't touched a cigarette yet. I like your video. Right to the point of the matter. Peace Brother.

Day 2. I was becoming more withdrawn and not social. I was having panic attacks and couldn't breathe properly for I play sports. I quit school because I couldn't concentrate. I had bruxism caused by stress and I was becoming aggressive. I am quitting cold turkey and God help me trough these days, but nicotine is not my friend.

well your video was really helpful but without nicotine patches ( they're not available in my shitty country) it's really really hard to quit, i keep biting my nails, banging my head, and doing all that crazy stuff to keep myself from smoking, but it didn't work, it was too much to handle, if only i could get my hand on nicotine patches or gum

I quit after 20 plus years.it gave me heart disease.2 stents in atrery.but to quit just watch a few videos on YouTube one is called smoke in your eyes and it helps inform you on the bad of it.go to a doctor and get your heart and lungs and blood checked.if you quit you will feel the benefits immediately just in the first 8 hrs of quitting your blood pressure returns to normal and carbon monoxide leaves your body.you breath easy and you will get this good feeling after some deep breaths.it really does feel so good that you will never want to smoke again.i smoked maybe 3 cigarettes after quitting.and the feeling was so bad I smoked maybe 3 puffs and they were just so toxic I put them out.Good video sir and good luck to all in quitting come and join us non smokers for rest of our lifes.do it for you self and your family.

most addictive drug on earth . smoking since 17.. 40 years later still cant quit… and videos on baning tobacco companies?? i suppose it wouldn't be billions of revenue the governments make…  im not thinking of myself . im thinking of this generation…and next..  amassing thing about smoking tobacco… takes years to kill you…hits you and then death…. yet we were told in cinemas years ago, smoking is cool.years ago i could smoke on trains, planes, even in a hospital bed… … its not cocaine its not crystal mets is not hash etc etc   … it wont make you act violent or strange or kill people … but it will kill you. and its LEGAL… hope one day tobacco company's are shut down…. fined and top executives are jailed… too late for me..

Ok, thank god for your advice. Your an awesome person. Here's my problem. I started smoking when I was 11 years old, from 13 to 17, it went to about 3 to 4 packs a day. I'm now 31 years old and have toned it down a lot in the past year. I have quit smoking before for about a year. It's so freaking hard for me man. I have a lot going in in my life, so I use them as a crutch so to speak. I just wish I could throw them down like you did man. I just wish I had the will power. I don't think I can quit either, Considering I have even watched two if my closest family members die of a very slow and painful death. Yet I still continue to!! It's so hard for me. My urges last for 6 to 8 hours. More then most. I thank god I can still hold my breath for 2 to 3 minutes under water, run a couple miles, and swim under water a full two laps in an Olympic size swimming pool with out having to come up for air. I honestly don't know how I can. But I know it will catch up to me. I have tried everything and still continue to use this disgusting habit. Please help me…

very good advice, definitely recommend water particularly & gum. also, don't expect it to be a quick process. If you smoke 20 a day now, perhaps consider cutting down to nothing within 6 months. cutting off straight away is unrealistic and will only leave you feeling disappointed when you starting smoking again, which studies show you will. also – once you have overcome the physical withdrawal of the first few weeks/months of cutting down, try not to think consciously or tell people that you're 'quitting'. it may put unnecessary pressure on yourself where, instead, if you let it take the form of a natural process whereby you realise you want to quit, and fulfil that desire without turning it into a negative hype, it should feel like less of a punishment.
