Okay, so I have been doing this workout everyday for about… 4 weeks? Well, my tummy is extremelly toned and my stomach is almost 100 per cent flat. I do this on my spare time or before going to bed, and it really kills me, being honest, but it is really worth it. Do not give up, guys!
