I hope you get to read my message. first of all I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS. well.. I almost purchased this product. I was very interested and excited because you are always very helpful. however you also made another video where u explain how much alcohol products are Very bad for you. and only give u a good look temporarily but damage your hair even more in the long run. so.. this product has like 3 different types of alcohol. and I'm wondering what is ur take now on this product. because my hair is bleached and damaged and I really need help. THANK YOU

To keep my hair heathly, I did mine a demi color to get it back in good shape.I only use a demi color when I darken it.I have light hair naturally so,I don't use bleach much. I did use a highlights kit to get this blonde in this pic.I didn't use a toner,bc I don't need to.I think the creme lightened had a built in toner.I only need a toner if I had to bleach over a darker color I had colored it.

Was going to order but I don't use anything with hydrolyzed ingredients, but thank you for the offer! (hydrolyzed anything is an excitotoxin!) I've been using pure jojoba oil for the past few months, and it has worked wonders on my abundant, long, and damaged hair. Frizz mostly gone; very soft and airy, and tangles have become rare once again! Will have to try giving it a pre-treatment before washing and see how that goes. Thanks!

I really hope you get to see my comment, but I suffer from a dry flaky scalp. I've tried different products and no help. I've tried head and shoulders, masks, and also sulfate free shampoos and no luck, is there anything you would recommend for my scalp situation?

Silvia! I am seeking your advice. You have done videos on colouring your hair red… I have probably watched all your vids (some multiple times) i am a natural ashy blonde with a bit of balayage and want to go a deep burgundy. You said to dye red first rather than fill with brown first? Would this still be true if my hair is so many different shades of blonde to begin with? (I keep being told elsewhere to fill first!) I so look forward to an elaboration as I SO respect your opinion and knowledge on color! Much love! ❤️❤️

I had a chocolate brown hair colour it was a fade from a black Demi permanent hair dye and I wanted to go purple so I was trying to go blonde so I used a 30% developer for 15 mins but since my roots were virgin and my friend missed some spots during application so it got to a nice dark red which doesn't bother me just since my roots were bleached they got to a platinum my hair was then bleached again just twice 30mins each time with 40% not at my roots at all it got to a copper my hair doesn't feel damaged at all surprisingly it feels better then before I was just wondering how would I be able to get the rest f my hair to the colour of my roots I have no way to see a salon I'm really broke right now so I just don't know what to do now it's not that bad what just really bothers me is that my roots are lighter then the rest is there anyway that a dark plum purple would be possible like what colour would the base have to be for that?

Hello, I've just read about a product by Olaplex, one step to be used by colourist either mixed with dye or used by itself when getting shampooed, and another step to be used after. It doesn't contain silicones or parabens. It is pricey but stops the hair snapping and stops frizziness etc.

Hi Silvia, I hope you see this,…I'm in desperate need of advice. I bleached my roots yesterday and did the balayage with a darker color from the video you have…I gave myself hot roots, what can I do to get rid of that? I used 6G and 10NA, the rest of my hair is good but my roots are this awful color.
