    As soon as he started talking about his friends, I started drifting into this half asleep state. It was relaxing, until I "woke" up as he was ending the meditation. Did I do that right? Or am I supposed to keep up with everything he's saying?

    I recently met my "wise teacher" and she asked me to "draw her a perfect circle". I went back and drew her my circle. I met her again days later she told me that, that was exactly what she was looking for. It was a weird but safe moment and feeling bc I knew even beforehand, that she would be accepting of my circle. And she did. And she said, this was exactly what I was looking for, with a smile on her face. But I was not surprised. I somehow knew she would appreciate my attempt at that "perfect circle". It was just an out of body experience hearing this from you Michael, just only 2 days after my own experience. It was just so alike mine, it was so long and hard climbing up that mountain to meet my wise teacher. But when I did, it was just so that same feeling you described, and I couldn't stop crying. Thank you so much…

    I'm surprised he doesn't fall asleep on himself. With his very deliberate and spaced out pauses he could lull anyone into a Hypnotic state as long as you're concentrating and got the right ambience. Except I started giggling when he starts talking about the woman and I can't concentrate. I'd have to be close to sleep and then I'm afraid I won't be awake to hear the subliminal messages.

    Talking about procrastination, I've been struggling with mine for the last 10 years and read countless books and self help methods. Here is what I'm having best results with. First of all, procrastination bulldozer method has worked wonders for me. I highly recommend you apply it. Secondly, whenever you have a task that takes less than 5 minutes to do, do it right away. No delays. I'm really starting to take control of my life now.

    I just listened to this and I have to tell you what transpired during my hypnosis. The part about the circle, made me cry? I don't know why but it did. I could see me trying to draw a circle but could never close the two ends of the circle. Towards the end of the session, my head involuntarily turned to the right, the forehead tension ( like when I am listening to something intently), was gone and I feel invigorated. I was having allot of anxiety over things I have to get done for work. I can be quite OCD which doesn't help at all when trying to get things done. I will be subscribing and will use this.     Just a brief note to tell you that the tape on wealth has changed me. In the past week I have donated to 4 different people. This is because I am a channel through the which money flows. I am not wealthy, but I feel rich, and helping others with. Money when they need it makes me feel,food.     I'm new to the world of the seemingly thousands of hypnosis videos on YouTube. I started listening to them while I was doing stuff like giving myself a home facial- steaming my face, a masque, and so forth- a process I normally get far too bored to spend the time do do properly. I chose a motivation/stop procrastinating video because I was having a hard time getting up off my butt to go to the gym.
    Well. not only have I been going to the gym at least four days a week, I've been keeping a food log consistently and I've dropped about ten pounds so far. I've also been spending more of my free time cleaning and organizing rather than simply reading or watching Netflix. I really don't know if it's the hypnotism process itself or simply the act of making an effort to do something to change my behavior, but it's working….

    I tried this about 3 hours ago I was borderline asleep and conscious after about 10 minutes on is that a bad thing? I recall a perfect circle, then the phrase "do what needs doing" then being told to wake up. Right afterwards I got up and have been working on my script for the past 3 hours. So I guess it works? I still felt tired after being awoken, did I do it wrong?

    Hi I'd really like to try this out for the procrastination and anxiety aspect but I quite like my perfectionist side, it does have it's cons (once I'm "completed" a task I'll go over it multiple times until I'm satisfied or look back and regret having not perfected it more) but it helps in school because it stops me from making small mistakes that could've been picked up on if I revised it more. What should I do?
