Hypnotherapy for self-perception

In the times we practical experience it, we realise how liberating self-perception can be, bringing with it a obvious awareness of our strengths and infinite possibilies. On the other hand, all much too normally, our perception in ourselves and our capabilities get drowned out by constraints we position on ourselves when we permit negativity, get worried and worry to increase and crowd out our skill to link with the second. When we are triumph over with worry and stress, we deaden our awareness to how capable and complete of possible we essentially are. This hypnotherapy session is built to support you reconnect with the clarity and awareness of the second, releasing you from worry and negativity, demonstrating that you have within just you huge reserves of energy, persistence, heat and abundance and also that these are out there to you appropriate now. All you have to do is link with the NOW a sort and welcoming awareness to the existing second which obliterates your fears and anxieties, enabling you to truly feel, to practical experience increasing perception in you and your possible.

The audio in this video clip has binaural beats which will support you obtain a deep point out of hypnosis. On the other hand, any individual who is expecting, has a pacemaker, is susceptible to seizures, is photosensitive or suffers from epilepsy should NOT hear to this recording.

I'm sure this is a very beneficial session although personally I couldn't relax (and I meditate regularly/ practice hypnotherapy) as all I could notice was the word "relax" over and over. I don't mean this to sound rude, only as constructive criticism. But thank you for providing free sessions for everyone to access, hypnotherapy is so powerful and so it's great that people can listen without paying for expensive sessions.

Hi Kim just wanted to say I've just done your Self Belief therapy session and wanted to give you some feedback. When I went down the spiral stair case into what should have been my happy place I found myself back in my childhood home with strong thoughts of my beloved mum who I lost in 2010. I then found myself sobbing for a good 5 minutes – even my dog came over to check I was ok. The sobs subsided and I managed to continue to listen to the rest of the session. I'm guessing its released some inner grief I'm still carrying. Thank you Fiona

Absolutely wonderful. Your voice and the session has helped me immensely with calming myself and having a great nights rest, which I was not able to do for a looong time. Please do upload more videos.

I can't listen to this as the sibelence cuts through way too much! Do you record the voice overs yourself? Maybe you can try using a de-esser plug-in?

Thank you, Kim! This is one of my favorite hypnosis sessions among those that you have graciously given to the World. I feel a bit sad when you announce, "And now it's time for our session to come to an end." I could easily continue.
I struggle with a chronic pain illness and this has helped greatly. Peace!, Ted

I have high anxiety levels and feel on edge constantly.  This has really helped me to relax and unwind.  I will continue to use it and enjoy the benefits.  Thank you x

Why do you continuously end each of your sentences as if you're asking a question? Nearly each & every sentence you speak ends this way; such as, "Focus your attention on your breathing?" or, "Allow your mind and body to relax deeper and deeper? …..and when I say the word relax, you double your relaxation?"

Why do you end each sentence with this questioning lilt? You're attempting to use your skills in hypnosis to direct me to a relaxed state of mind and body, yet your tone displays hardly a shred of authority or expertise. In fact, it's almost timid and weak.

Yes, you have a very gentle, restrained and lovely tone; however, listening to two different sessions of yours posted here was quite irritating and grating, to say the least. It is possible to speak authoritatively without being overpowering, OR overbearing, which will enable the listener to gain the maximum effect from your sessions. Thanks! ;)

I didnt get to hear it all i fell asleep but when ibwoke up i went back to bed and i had a really bad nightmare did thia nightmare have a connection of the hypnosis?

I have tried several hypnosis sessions and this is by far one of my favorites. Not only is your voice soothing, but you incorporate mindfulness principles into your hypnotherapy. It's a perfect blend of the two disciplines. Very innovative. Well done!
