I have misplaced more than fifty pounds and reversed coronary heart problems. A plant based mostly life style has completely changed my life and introduced again my wellness, energy and vitality! The journey all begun when I watched the motion picture Forks In excess of Knives – to get your very own duplicate of this life altering dvd, check out my affiliate web site on Amazon if intrigued at http://amzn.to/1MgHoDy And I also study The China Research: http://amzn.to/1MgHsDt
He said "Not many people survive heart attacks." Any stats on this statement?
What more precisely does his blood lipid profile look like now? No statins?
What an inspiration! We sound like we have similar stories (no heart attack, though….but close….)….a whole-foods, plant-based lifestyle literally saved my life, too! — FARMER FRED
Fantastic video 🙂 Thank you, Adam and Anja. So glad you are both well now.
I've heard Adam's story before but it's always so inspiring. I'm more vegan than vegetarian but still not totally there yet. Stories like this remind me to keep moving forward on my journey. Thanks to both of you for sharing.
EXCELLENT video!!! 39 years old???!!! We are lucky that Adam is still with us…many times the 1st heart attack is the last!!! Very inspirational! Thank you! *ALSO* is Adam's spouse also eating this way now too? I have friends who say, "oh, but my spouse would NEVER eat this way with me…forget it!" Blows my mind!
It's the greatest lifestyle ever…I enjoyed Adam's visit very much…lucky you to have a Chef friend.
What is Chef Adams experience (and yours too Anja) with eating whole wheat flour based foods??
Such an inspirational video! And the tip at the end was great….starting with just one meal at a time. :)
Great chat!
When we were road tripping through Australia I was totally in love with those coffee milks. I just saw them for the first time, 12 years later, in my local grocery store. So far I've restrained. Thanks for sharing your story with us.
Thanks for sharing Adam's story. It was very inspirational. I love your channel and shared it's name with a plant-based group that I belong to. It's run by a woman chef I met in California, while I was on a 21-day fast at TrueNorth Health. She also has a website called, PlantbasedKatie.com. I hope our group check out your channel.
Nice interview :).
The torture and slaughter of animals should be enough for everyone to stop eating them. In the US we are probably the most heartless and violent when it comes to killing ALL living beings-even each other.

Love your Videos Ania, Great story Adam, its a shame it took until a brush with death to realise dairy+oil's was the prime issue. Why isn't this information getting passed on to people via goverments/media. All the best with your iron man event. That sounds fun. I'm looking forward to the next meal. I have my beets ready! BTW the last few meals have been awesome, I appreciate it and keep'em coming guys please :)
Anja, I really enjoyed the few days we spent hanging out together cooking and our chat in this video. Thank you and I look forward to catching up with you again soon.
"From heart attack to Iron man" – good on you Adam! Best wishes :)
This is a great conversation. Thank you so much. Good health to everyone! Cheers
