    Eating bananas and raw food is good but eat other things too man you people that do this have a mental problem i dont care what you eat we all will die in the end yes eat healthy but you are pushing it way too far

    you look anorexic put a little weight on usually people that do that have a self esteem and they dont even realize how skinny they look you are going way too far with this i am concrened for your health you are taking this to the extreme i am not saying this to hurt you but to tell you the truth

    Dan-I have tried multiple times since a teenager to be vegan-even juicing a lot-I got very sick-even to the point of almost passing out. In my later years-say 20 yrs ago (I am 66) I found the blood type diet and realized blood type O needs meat. Not all are meant to be vegans. I really really wanted to though. But-I am going to incorporate more of your raw foods into my regular diet. I was recently diagnosed a diabetic. I have always exercised and eaten healthy-when diagnosed I said-no way-you have the wrong person. My doctor asked me what happened so rapidly to change everything-well-for one I hurt my foot and couldn't exercise-it has not been right since. Then I lost my home and had to move in with my daughter and eating habits changed drastically. I was eating what they did. I also found out I had an extremely calcified pineal gland which contributed to loss of oxygen to the blood. I am on a medication once at night but I don't want to be this way. I am going to get back my health. BTW-I can not do jumping or running or strenuous exercise nor any isometrics due to physical problems-which really makes it hard to loose weight.
