    I'm a little confused about the workout plan. I've seen peoples examples of their meal plans online, and 99% of them are going breakfast snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. This means they are eating 6 times a day, then max 30 specifically tells us to eat 5 times a day. What should I do?

    Hey Bob I have a question concerning the meal plan , in my country ' Shakeology ' is not available at all , so I was wondering if it is really crutual to have it ? Or can I replace it with something else ?

    I just got the deluxe package of Insanity Max 30! I hope I can find a challenge group somewhere that starts the same day as me. I'm planning on starting it on Monday… that's if it arrives by then.

    Hey bob, 
    First of all, thank you for this video, it has helped me very much.
    I would like to ask a few questions:
    1) Is the workout plan (2 month plan) good for 16 year old boys? I weight 60 Kilograms and my height is about 1.7 meters.
    2) What is "Seed & Dressing"? And can you give an example of one? I'm sorry for this stupid question, but my English is pretty bad.
    3) Is there a replacements for Shakeology? Because there's no chance for me to get my hands on it since I live in a country where no one even knows what that is.
    4) My last question is when do you think I should do the workout? I leave for school at 8:00 AM and come home at 4:20 PM every day.

    The 21 day fix container system used here is phenomenal. by far the easiest way to get your nutrition on point for any programme especially for newbies to health & fitness. Great to see BeachBody have integrated these into other programmes.

    I am sure the level of results will increase dramatically if more people follow these.

    Do you think that it is ok to follow the p90x3 macros (30/40/30) while doing insanity max 30? I tried the max 30 nutrition plan and i couldn't do it because i was hungry and I wasn't in good moods most of the time lol.
