individual have heritage of still left hand fingers suggestion ischemia(index,middle ) fingers because of to ulnar artery thrombosis on remedy (tramadol+pracetamol+diclofenac) but not responding …..median nerve block finished by seven ml .375% bupivacaine and the agony straight away disappeared after two minutes….see in this video the scan of ulnar artery
