    @BibleStudy888 I agree so much. Olive oil and coconut oil are my two favourite fats. Flaxseed is also great sprinkled on oats for breakfast (with a small bit of honey).

    Vegetable oils often times cause problems, as indicated by rashes and or zits. The quality of the vegetable oil can also be a factor, aside from the type source of the oil.
    Soy oil is particularly a problem it seems.
