   This is the only area of MGS5 that irks the shit out of me. All this time I thought I was just a simple Tier1 Operator but apparently I'm also a fucking QuarterMaster for Mother base( the only job in the military that is actually more boring than it sounds).
   If you want to play "who goes where" for hours on end, I highly recommend it.

   will probably start again as I have over 1300 staff and the auto management sucks, every area full at max and nothing increasing like R&D and Support stuck at 33 and 38. Game could have done this better IMHO that is.

   Just wanted to mention that if you do an FOM with one of your crappy characters and it is successful, that staff's rankings will jump way up.

   I wish you could search for names because I'm looking for a certain staff member and I have A LOT of staff.

    haha its so simple now that u explained it, I couldnt figure it out for shit and just let it auto assign. guess I know what im doing later

    press r3 then all staff then ok and done with all

    I've just been doing auto assign so far..but I'm still mad early in the game..
