    If you are interested in clean eating, try cutting out the animal products, as they are higher in fa , toxins and other nasty stuff we don't want in our body. If your interested look up High Carb Low Fat what I eat in a day :)

    Hi hi! Have you tried – batama weight loss adept (google it)? Ive heard some super things about it and my cooworker got amazing body fat burnt down with it.

    I have been making almond milk lattes at home! I heat up some almond milk and froth it, and pour it over a cup of coffee, with sugar free syrups ( I buy mine from starbucks) and often i put a tablespoon of coconut oil in as well :)

    I followed this at the same time last year and I lost like 5kilos and 2 sizes 5 months later but gained back all of them after another 4 months of stress eating from school oops!!! ANYWAY I was never depressed or upset during that "diet" period, your tips have helped so much!! Right now I don't even feel sad or depressed just very motivated flexing emoji !!!

    A fave for breakfast is toast with a layer of lettuce or spinach, a good layer of avocado, boiled egg 'til cover, a little bit of olive oil just to tie everything up, salt and pepper. I'm not sure if it is the healthiest thing to take in the morning but it gives me energy 'til lunch and I love to eat it.
