   Just made my first batch! Thanks for a great video. I regret mowing that 'weed' down last summer now that I know what it was! lol I am very nutrient deficient from illness & surgeries. I am frequently on a liquids only diet so the Nettle infusion is perfect for me. Are there any other herbs you recommend for vitamin/mineral supplement?

   You can experiment with how much herb you use. The amount you use changes how many nutrients end up in the water, so less herb will have less potency.

    Do you actually have to use so much herb? I've been using half a cup for the past few days and I've heard different quantities. Will it not be as effective?

    We buy our herbs from "I want herbs . com" (remove the spaces).
