    My daily routine includes Morning Cardio,Office and evening Weight Training,
    Love working out a lot.
    Cardio i do for around 1hr 30 mins

    Talking about diet plan, So i dont have Junk food at all from last 15 days.
    Frankly speaking dont want to have those 6 packs,

    Hi Sapna.. I have been following your suggestions religiously for sometime now… I cannot deny that it has worked out a bit… I have always had a controlled diet still ended up getting a tummy.. I have tried my best it's not getting controlled… somewhere down the lane if I end up eating in a party , I realise that the strange and the unusual tummy is back again… Please suggest how to get this controlled completely..

    i do running like hell, got fitness like hell stamina like unlimited walking running stamina is about 8 to 12 km as per mood but still wont lose tummy. weight is 67.5 approx. pls help in flattering the tummy.
