Yes you are right, diabetes is 100% related to diet, because I had it and thats the way I got it, but I adopted a raw diet and its gone, even though my Dr. told me I would have it the rest of my life, I went from a A1C level of 11 to a level of 2 in 10 months, I dont worry about it coming back cause my entire lifestyle has changed, I also love juicing too, I have at least 1 everyday and my body tells me how much it loves me daily. You are a funny guy and you tell the truth !

i rather call it livefood than rawfood because raw somehow causes people to think its not normal or something. live food much healthier than dead food by far and im not talking about jumping on top of a cow and taking a bite

For some reason, every time I put BUTTER on my potatoes and eat them, the next morning I wake up with my fingers tingling or my hands shut off temporarily, and then I have red lines all over my wrist arm areas.

I am almost positive its the fat that blocks the sugar from getting into the cells.

Paula is a lovely, beautiful, lady with a sweet soul. It is sad that she has not been enlightened to the raw food way of living. I hope with all my heart that she finds the path to health and the road to raw…

"okraw'',"liferegenerator", and of course your channel will help her 'transition to raw, organic, fresh, vegan living' – encourage her to read Victoria Boutenko's book on 'green/fruit juicing/smoothies' – maybe starting with one in the morning before or instead of breakfast and one in the evening before or instead of dinner – at a reasonable time like 6pm – 8pm – of course she must try and consume nothing after that time. She can watch RawFoodforMyLife – Bill's a 'regular guy' like her right?

Thanks for the vid Paul – yep ya right and ya right to say what you said with 'strong admonishing compassion' – maybe – seeing that Ms. Dean 'must be a Christian' – you could help her out by posting her 'a biblical breakdown' of good, organic, fresh, 'god-blessed/sanctioned' healthy vegan eating. Encourage watching the raw food advocates on YouTube – especially 'Hallelujah Acres TV' – a 'channel' specifically looking at 'biblical healthy eating' – at least 50% is raw recipes, advices & stories.

Looking at some comments on here, its quite amazing how blind some people really are. I'm referring to the people who believe everything the government tells them like 'you have to have 2k calories a day if your a woman, 2.5k if your a man. You must have x-amount of protein, x-amount of fat etc etc'. It's important to get plenty of nutrition, vitamins, healthy fats and protein etc, but attempting to reach certain numbers everyday is ridiculous and unhealthy. Listen 2 ur body! Good video Paul.

Please Can you make a video of how to start eating raw. I believe a lot of people would live to go raw, but its difficult to start. examples, like what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner, induction phase. Thanks for all your video.

@ylfriends Well if you define moderation by eating the food until the point it benefits you, then raw vegans should be eating no more than 1 oz of nuts and seeds a day and a few cups of greens and fruits. Sounds like a diet to truly thrive on.

  10. ylfriends

@MrAria44 Moderation meaning, eating the good part to the point where it's gonna benefit you. Anything has adverse effect if you have excess amount of it – even water. By the way, I think I have better control over food when I eat healthier kind.

  11. Aria Sedehi

@ylfriends So many people look at a pound of meat and think it is so much. But it is only 1000 calories. (only half of daily needed cals) Then they could eat a small piece of cake at a restaurant with a large milkshake and that right there is like 2000 calories minus any nutrition plus added chemicals and additives which aren't gonna effect your weight, but will effect your health despite many studies say.

  12. Aria Sedehi

@ylfriends Yes. moderation has always been important. But lets define what moderate means in this sense. In my case, i enjoy a good 1 pound of grass fed meat or organs a day with plenty of fruits and vegetables (all organic). Sometimes i'll switch it up and replace the pound of meat with 2 or 3 cups of raw goat milk with a few raw eggs.

  13. Aria Sedehi

@sn9696 LOL. That is possibly the stupidest argument against why we were meant to consume a plant based diet. Meat eaters have low b-12 levels, of course, but they are also eating meat from grain fed animals from factory farms given anti-biotics, hormones etc. There is tons of scientific evidence proving the benefits of grass fed beef vs. grain fed beef. Do your research and stop watching youtube vids from a bunch of skinny dudes who create drama for attention.

  14. ylfriends

@MrAria44 I think it's factory farmed animal + poor quality foods (chemicals, additives, and who knows how it is prepared) + high sugar/ low quality carbs + excessive frying (oxidization of oil and usually the type of oils used for frying are not good for health) and all else that you guys mentioned. I think grassfed humanely raised animal cooked in healthy way in moderation could actually be healthy.

  15. sn9696

@MrAria44 ,No, you miss the point, humans can not chase down a cow ,kill it with are bare hands and eat it raw!!! To figure out what humans were meant to eat use no tools, guns etc to get your food! i know about the low b12 levels, even meat eaters have low b12 levels, humans up to about 200 years a go had a curve or dip in the intestines that produced b12,after eating so much meat and non-foods that pocket has disappered!

  16. Aria Sedehi

@sn9696 Factory farming is not necessary, but you can't act like we could live our entire lives eating just fruits, vegetables and nuts. Also, never put grain fed meat in the same category as grass fed because science and peer reviewed studies will tell you otherwise. Thats why you could eat all the mcdonalds chicken mcnuggets u want and still be anemic. Because that shit is not real meat. I really suggest you pick up a book that touches base on our ancestors or indigenous tribes

  17. Aria Sedehi

@sn9696 Fortunately, living in the 21st century allows me to buy my meat from a local farmer or online. Instead of chasing down a cow, i'll do some high interval training. And as far as eating animals go, i eat many different organs, not just ground meat. I might enjoy chicken livers one day and beef kidney the next, then some goat shank. I think you're missing the point and i feel bad because you feel like you owe animals something. I agree factory farming is a terrible practice. (continued)->

  18. sn9696

@MrAria44 ,we have not been eating animals for millions of years! You think we been eating animals for millions of years, then do it like we did millions of years a go, chase down a cow,use your teeth to rip its skin off and snack on its ribbs ! Hahahaha!

  19. Aria Sedehi

@sn9696 At least b-12 supplements and injections will have good business, since raw vegans basically will need those to stray away from passing out due to anemia.

  20. Aria Sedehi

@sn9696 Okay genius. Stay away from foods humans have been consuming for millions of years, which without we wouldn't have evolved, let alone survived in nature. I guess we'll see how you end up. I can't wait until even "raw vegans" get sick off this dumb diet and realize animal fats and protein is needed in one's diet. This is all just one little fun la la land experiment. Let's all have green smoothies and bananas and let the animals be free. Yay!

  21. Ejahi

There is new show that aired yesterday on food network called "Fat Chefs". Its about overweight chefs trying to loose weight to save there life or quality of life and think there some competition added in as well.

  22. tbayguy

A'men Paul, I am so glad I saw the light and what western gov'ts are allowing to happen to their citizens in the name of corporate profits. Donut hamburgers! Is there no end to the stupidity of fast food and the people who eat it like I used to do. I was more stupid than most but am glad I pulled the emergency brake and got off the fast food gravy train!

  23. Veda Earth Alive

I agree with you. I used to watch food network a lot but it's so true that all that food with tons of butter, bacon and sugary treats is making all of us sick. I used to watch these cooking shows but now I don't even enjoy watching them. Since I started eating 95% raw and whole foods, I cannot even think of eating a cake or deep fried ANYTHING. If people want to live longer and take less pills/or no pills, they need to include more healthy raw foods and whole foods. NO DEEP FRIED TWINKIES. LOL

  24. Avishek Saha

@mrsmathewes lack of sleep is definitely able to cause type II diabetes, and diet may only be able to marginally influence that. But in Deen's case, it wasn't the animal foods that gave her diabetes, cooking with animal fat, but she explicitly had stated that she does not care about her health. Heavy cream and butter are very good for you 🙂 just watch the sugar

  25. mzimmerman12

@mzimmerman12 A diet heavy in grains (complex sugars) can exasperate a system that is already poor at metabolizing sugars. Same goes for protein. Eat a protein meal and watch your sugar level rise. Always gets back to the Lymphatic system, if its not cleaning acids out of the cells, things quit working. Adrenal weakness means kidney weakness…Kidneys responsible for moving Lymph…And the vicious cycle continues. A diet high in fruit and vegetables can get things flowing again.

  26. faqu529

I never took diet tips from Paula as I did not want to be a walking heart attack at 35. I watch her show, but I would never cook that crap. I mean really, anyone with half of a brain knows u can't eat that crap and stay sexy.
