i just leave mine and wait for it to slowly dissapearing and i have a cyst on my arm just near the joint which is freaking annoying but i just leave it there until it goes away too

Also to remove acne u can put toothpaste on your face and it will kill germs and kill pimples and bumps with coming back just put it on over night and in the morning a lot will be gone.also u can put witch hazel and alcohol on your nose
One day I had a pimple hanging off the bridge of my nose.. It was huge and red and ppl made fun of me.. Then I cut it off with a knife and let's just say i lost alot of blood
