    well, I don't understand the counts …he is talking about half cycle 51 counts and full cycle 102 counts do I need to hold each position for that long or what? Please, if someone can answer it thank you

    I am a tea lover. I drink green tea, black tea, follower tea, ice tea… This is my first time to drink herbal weight loss tea. The taste is not bad. I drink one cup everyday.     Sorry but I understand things very slowly.if I count the ENTIRE 15 MINUTES VIDEO as 1 cycle, then how many cycles do I need to do.
    I m 10 kgs overweight.
