have you got any more advice on foot health and stretches
what about walking on rocks?
what about ticks?
awesome video! hippie or not that is great info
I've always walked barefoot, no matter the weather, since I was a child. I always encouraged it in my children as I do my grandchildren. I guess it's because I've been going barefoot for 57 years that I have "monkey feet" — I can pick things up with them almost as well as I can with my hands. Doing this helps balance also, when you pick up things and put them somewhere else. As for "grounding", I feel best when I've been going barefoot for hours outside — it has a calming and energizing effect at the same time. Parents always worry their children will get sick from being barefoot in bad weather, but I'm never sick and neither were my children. To this day, they get sick maybe once a year, if that. My husband, on the other hand, gets ill fairly frequently, and he never takes his shoes off unless it's to put on slippers or to take a shower.
thank you sir
thanks for the channel. it's very helpful. i have flat feet that causes all sorts of issues for me with my knee all the way upto my spine.
I'm using done exercises my physiotherapist had suggested in addition to yours. can you discuss inflammation of muscles and what are the do's and don'ts. a foam roller helps but I'm not sure if I should be using it on a muscle that's not just tensed buy also inflamed.
Good stuff Blake! When I started kettlebell training several years ago the first thing our instructor had us do was remove our shoes. I thought it was crazy at first to workout with no shoes. It took some time to strengthen my weak, lazy feet, but no more plantar pain for me! Thanks and keep up the good work.
Blake, do you have any videos on clicking ligaments or muscles in lower back and hips? I hear like a clunk in my hip or back when I lay on my back and lift my legs alternately.
Here in South Africa children go to school barefoot till sixth grade. It really strengthens the feet.
Awesome video, Blake!
Yooo…this channel is marvelous! Thank you thank you!!
Grounding is a real thing. The benefits are as you described. It makes sense since the Earth itself is a living thing, As the trees, flowers, grass etc are alive and growing, so is the Earth itself.
May not be part of the discussion, but we are privileged to be upon this particular planet, and a couple particular instances have proved that. This is not just any ordinary planet we were chosen to be on.
Do you think flip-flops are healthy for a man's feet?
It's interesting how whenever I walk without trainers, my knees and feet feel better but when I wear trainers, I don't. If I only people won't judge for walking around the city barefoot, I would do it 🙂 nice video
I used to be the opposite but now I take my shoes off when I can. especially at home
I played beach volleyball recently and my feet were exhausted. thanks for the tip
Nice !
could you make a video on weight lifting shoes? beneficial or not and if they are good or bad for ankle mobility?
Interesting, thank you!
Blake ya damn hippie! Lol g8 vid mate
great video man. Any thoughts on toe shoes like vibram for foot health? Also your thoughts on Marijuana and its effects on overall health pros and cons or something would be really cool. Thanks for all the great content.
