The Shiseido Ultimune : second ingredient is ALCOHOL DENAT. which stands for denature, also know as SD 40 or rubbing alcohol. One of the most damaging ingredient for skin, and on the same subject, any fragrance is bad for the face, natural or artificial, pleasing or repulsive. What is this review based on? Feeling alone doesn't cut it, it has to be scientific.

The Ultimune ISNT a serum. it's a power-infusing concentrate/strengthener which is to be followed by the rest of your serums/skincare.. Please do your research before you put information out like that.

Dear Doris, I watched your video review on serums and I would like to say it is a bit deceiving. First of all Shiseido Ultimune is not a serum but Skin Strengthener. They worked 20 years on the formula and it received 50 + awards including CEW (Cosmetic Executive Women.) Ultimune boosts immune system of your skin, corrects sun damage and all types of cell deviation by age, like keratosis pilaris…etc. To shorten the story, Ultimune is made almost entirely of the herbs and the base is female ginseng called Dong Quai, very beneficial to your skin. Perhaps little sticky but the results are what all women want. Shiseido has a serum that is Future Solution LX and it is for all ages because it has Skingenecell 1P one suppressant of a enzyme that our own body produces as it ages and that enzyme produces weakening of our skin and ultimately wrinkles. So for truly older women like myself (61) there is not better serum on the market than Ultimate Regenerating Serum, Future Solution LX by Shiseido! There is one more serum in the same Future Solution LX line and that is Superior Radiance Serum, best used for the day…it gives incredible glow and radiance to the skin.
I felt offended by your praise of Clarins and Kiehl's and Estee Lauder, if you are over 40 they do nothing for your face….So if you want the fame by reviewing cosmetic products please do more research and talk to women over 40, they need even more guidance.

+karyflags +cherrie Lai +beauty addict Hey.. its been a month since i started using the serum and it really soaks up in the skin without making it feel greasy.. my skin is oily and sensitive but did not break out after the application. I do see a little difference in my skin texture. cant say about wrinkles and fine lines as i din have those i guess. I wont say there is a major difference but skin is smooth comparatively but its a little pricey i think. I will continue using the serum because my skin likes it i guess..:) what i would suggest you guys is go for the trail pack first before you invest the amount on it. Also, no product will work on skin if we are not exercising well, drinking enough water and keeping a check on our diet. So, go for it if you have a sensitive skin and it is worth a try too. If you guys try it please leave your comments aswell.. Happy wkend guys…:)
