eksempler1 to answer your question, yes you can practice the "Kidney Cleansing Exercise" any time and for as long as you see fit. The reason is because the kidneys are one organ that are always deficient. The time of day that the Kidney's are most active are 5:00–7:00pm. Therefore, if you are able then this is the most ideal time to practice, but any time is better than not at all.
