One month without smoking now. I'm not sure if I notice that much change. My sense of smell is better, but that's about it. I get cravings, especially when I'm having a beer. I never really had a smoker's cough, and didn't cough that much after quitting either. I smoked for 9 years, one pack a day.

What a load of BS. After one month, nicotine cravings do not end, in fact cravings can last up to over a year or longer.  With in  three months, the person will, (on and off) experience high anxiety, lack of concentration and high levels of fatigue. The smoker usually experiences flu like symptoms on and off for several months. If a person can go three months (90 days) they have a real shot at quitting for good. People need to know the truth, because putting yourself in a stressful environment while experiencing these symptoms almost always leads to picking up smoking again.

Reduced cancer, looooool, that's a myth, statistically you're less likely to have a cancer, but as for what it is in your body, smoking can cause some mutations that will eventually cause cancer, when you stop smoking either you have them (and you'll eventually develop a cancer) either you don't have them and you're fine… But it doesn't drop over time ^^
