My legs swelled up yesterday along with the ankles and feet! OUCH you couldn't see my knees. I didn't know what to do so I kept on cleaning and cooking and more cleaning. I thought it would just go away on it's own. NOPE. So I was taking a long lukewarm cold bath and I started to rub my feet exactly the way you a r e demonstrating in the video.
Must have been listening to my higher power telling me to do my reflexology because I was receiving some kind of relief. Little, but relief is GOLD when you legs are swollen.

My friend had surgery on her pancreas, then afterwards had water retention in her legs and feet. She is on medication, but it is working very slow. Most of the water is out of her feet now, but her legs are very slow getting rid of the water. Could your method work for her? Thank you for the video.

Hi Lisa, Unfortunately there isn't one reflex point to relieve menstrual cramps. All the endocrine glands reflexes have to press. These points comprise of the thyroid, parathyroid, pineal, pituitary, thymus, kidney, pancreas, ovaries and the uterus.

Thank you for viewing. It is difficult to balance the energy to eliminate menstrual cramps, irregular menstrual cycle, Peri-manopause or menopause symptoms because every endocrine point have to be pressed (pineal, pituitary, hyper-thymus, thyroid, para-thyroid, thymus, kidney, pancreas, ovaries and uterus in the process. In some cases, 2 or 3 glands have to be stimulated at the same time. Unfortunately, this is not a one touch method. I will try to make a video around the subject soon. Watch for it.  Thank you again.
