    @trickiebell666 you don't stop think true… you black out…. otaaye that's what it means… they black out… I personally blackout… I also don't dream just meditate then black out.. only lasts for 2-5 hours…

    This was site set up to put you in a hypnotic state although very effective in doing that it was also very irresponsible to stop abruptly in the middle of the meditation to advertise their website in order to continue. The kind thing to do would be to bring the person back up the stairs safely and then do your marketing after the hypnosis is done. Not nice!

    I downloaded the full version and I only came back to this vid to ask something. I would like more EFFECTIVE hypnosis/meditation sessions like this one and all I find on utube and google are ads that want you to spend outrageous amounts of money on products with bad reviews and obvious fraud. Where can I get it for free?

    besides all the bs at the end… I mean, she is one more trying to get a buck ( making her not so original anymore) I have to be honest… she is good, the 9 min went like 9 secs.

    LOL… Another I know it all dumb person… Happens that in state of deep relaxation you are capable of leting thoughts "slip" trought your head without distracting you to the point you have no idea what that thought was seconds after. Of course there will be stuff that your brain just generate, but it also happen while you are dreaming. Do you think while dreaming? If you would then your brain would automaticly jump into concesnes mode and wake you up.

    @chriscanono I know it's late, and it's pointless to reply to a month old comment, but…. If you don't understand the reason she's speaking so slowly, then you need to find something else to watch. Just saying…

    @trixiebell666 – very well said. Good reminder to us folks who get down on ourselves when our sessions are full of mental chatter & we feel like failures. The reminder so "slow down your thoughts and allow yourself to relax" is so important & thank you for posting. So many people have put themselves down because they could not "stop thinking" & I have done it to myself on many occasions.

    @machineofoz1 No one can ever just STOP THINKING! This is a common misconception about meditation. A lot of people get frustrated & quit because they can't "turn their minds off." The object is to slow down your thoughts & relax. If something you've been worrying about enters your mind while meditating, try to gently re-direct your attention to whatever you were meditating on. A mantra, a guided meditation, whatever. Just try not to judge or expect too much of yourself. :)

    whoah about 3/4ths in i just kinda blacked out and didnt even notice the woman was still talking! i finally noticed but it seamed almost 10 minutes later. is there an audio pause then or was i just so relaxed i lost my hearing sense?!
