I like your subjects and what you have to say, but the robotish and echo-ish sound to your voice makes me avoid any video by you, I'm sorry to say. I wouldn't have said so, but I suspect there are others who feel the same and this may help you.

I don't have much confidence in myself and I am hoping that this will help me to get on the track to believing that I am more than a waste of space. I am going to lay on my bed and listen and hopefully I can gain some sort of self worth.
Jody, thank you for helping me get through nursing school. My last semester i listened to you every night and sometimes twice a night due to insomnia, especially before exams to alleviate stress and help with confidence. I graduated this week, and will continue to listen!!
Please do more sleep hypnosis for exams and self confidence, I'm not finished !!! There are masters degrees, boards and DNP's to get, I'm gonna need you for years lol!

Hi jody. Thanks a lot for your videos.. but sometimes when you say relax i suddenly start feeling little pain or cramp in mh legs and arms.. y this happens.. as i concentrate pain becomes unbearable. I've been experiencing this lately. I sleep good but only going through this pain. Please help

Beautiful! I hadn't slept well in days. I woke up at 6 am this morning despite taking melatonin the night before and was sooo exhausted. It's been waaaay too hot in here. I was having panic attacks and this served to calm me down, I caught up on sleep and am feeling Much better. The only reason I'm up now was an alarm to take my meds. Thank-you So Much!!!!! I'm going to share this with whoever I know having sleep problems from stress (especially exam/final assignment stress).
When I listen to these I feel well rested after a nights sleep..=)

Had some crazy dream and everything was crazy there was like weird colors mixed together in a background moving and u were there floating with a blunt in your hand and talking and i just tryed walking and i couldnt move and i was trying to talk and nothing came out but my boyfriend said i got up and alĺ night i was running around the ròom screaming

Joey you are amazing. I have problems with thinking about the most horrible things at night, and your videos help me sleep peacefully. You keep my mind off of it and it's great.
Also- in case you take requests- I'd love (and benefit greatly from) a sleep hypnosis for overcoming stagefright/public speaking. I noticed at the beginning of this video you mentioned feeling comfortable in from to of a crowd- I usually fall asleep about 15-20 minutes in so not sure if you cover that more in this video. But I'm working on getting over my debilitating stagefright and hypnosis would really help. THANKS AGAIN!

I LOVE hypnotherapy, but I can't afford to do it as much as I'd like to. I am also VERY cautious of free hypnosis recordings I find online- it's not something you want to mess around with and you want to make sure the person putting them out is ethical. I can not thank you enough for these videos! they have greatly helped me fall asleep.I do have one question however, I was wondering if you could make a few more shorter videos?The extended hours of ones are good, but because you help me to fall asleep before I even reach the 15 min mark, I dont want to have my computer on for such a long extended amount of time. I am sure you put soo much work into the long ones! so i really hope this doesn't seem like a rude request. You are awesome!

No Greg I'm sorry. You have given me something to think about however. In the mean time, have you tried any guided meditations? I also have "How to Meditate". Learning to meditate may help you gain better control of your mind and therefore any compulsions you may have. I tell you this not as a doctor. I'm just speaking from experience.
richard brautigan reading his poetry, if you search youtube, for instance for his 'all watched over by machines of loving grace', you'll see his poetry suits itself well to being read out loud in his beautiful robot vocalization. Your voice reminds me of it. All kinds of weird voices suit me
