    Tried this today at the end of my workout but standing as it was busy and with only 4 different ways. I know this is an old vid but typically how many "reps" of this would you do and how many sets?

    I usually do these to warm up my chest. Then my chest is ready to my workout. But I never did 5 different ways only 3. High middle and low. 5 reps of 5 rets

    I'm female, not too worried about the fuller chest thing but u do want to develop the upper chest so gonna just do a few sets of the first one. The night angle. Training chest today! Thanks
