    Hey jeff, as a past nutrition student I would also recommend food such as brown bread and pasta instead of going all out of the white bread/pasta. The water tip is very good, hydration is so overlooked! Lots of veg, trying to get as much colour on your plate as possible, also plenty of fruit: which is great for pre-workout meals.     Let me add little more on Jeff's idea.
    1. Drink ICE cold water, least over 3L per day. Cold water will acutally increase metabolism, since body will try to heat up.
    2. Don't fall in the diet. Many people try to lose weight just eating less carb, or calories intake. this is very harmful to your body and you will not have any energy to play tennis.
    3. you are a MOUSE. try this and try that. Test yourself what is good or what's not good. Everybody is different. don't listen what others says.
