    I feel it´s really difficult to focus my eyes when I am stretching. Both because I am concentrating so hard on stretching, and because the nose gets in the way 🙂 Is this normal? Did you feel the same? Or are you supposed to see everything normal when you stretch?

    Hello i need youre help again on what to do. I said before that my left eye is -4 and right is -1.5 its actually -2. Well i just had a checkup today and my left went into 4.25 while my right is 3.25. I dont know what to do. I folloowed what u said about covering the right eye on focus exercises. I dont know why my eye isnt improving maybe of too much strain becuase of the exercises???? Should i do less? I thought it was getting better because when i do the focusing exercises my eyes actually focus. Perhaps im putting too much strain. Pls help

    I did the strenches for a few days and it doesn't hurt anymore.I did print the eye chart but i have no idea how to turn them to diopers I checked online but i found nothing.What did you use?
    and should I start doing de focuing now?

    Thank you so much for this video! Though, there is something I'm not quite sure about. From the video, I understand that there are kinds of exercises we can choose from–either the stretches or defocusing. But for the stretches, I'm not sure if you mean to say that we have to spend–maximum–30 minutes on those 5 stretches? Or choose a few preferred stretches from the list and spend 30 minutes on them? Please reply, thank you so much.

    Hey 2 years ago I got my 1st pair of glasses my prescription was -2.25(left) -2.50(right). Recently I went to get my eyes checked and now within 2 years my eyes have gotten worse –4:00(left) -3.00(right). I'm in school so I have to wear my glasses during school and when I watch TV or on the computer. How long do you think it will take to get 20/20 vision or cut my prescription in half?

    i was born with nostigmus and short sighted ive been wearing glasses 24 7 for 20 years only taking them off to sleep or shower i go to the doctor once a year all they do is shine a light in my eyes and see what glasses i need

    Isn't this just quackery? There's sadly no way for people to improve eyesight outside of eyeglasses or surgery. Think about it. I have nearsightedness. My nearsightedness is caused by an elongated eye. It has nothing to do with my eye muscles. My eye, for some reason, is just misshaped. No amount of relaxation is going to help with that. No amount of exercises is going to help with that. Even if it did, I'll have to keep doing the exercises which is just silly. I need a natural way that shortens my retina, and sadly I don;t think there is.

    I just want to hear everyone's thoughts on this.

    I have been doing a bit of research lately and I stumbled upon this video of yours. It gave me enough motivation to get going. I am at at -6.25 and -6.75 diopters for left and right respectively. I thought myself as a lost cause and was going to get LASIK done within a few months but I decided to have second opinions too. Now I am motivated than ever. Just need a few pointers from you guys. I generally wear soft contact lenses for their comfort and ease and my job involves staring at a computer screen for 9 hours a day. what can I do to minimise lens wear or eye crutches wear to a minimum without hampering my work?
    Also should I prefer one over the other for whatever duration I am wearing them? Please suggest some way out. I can hardly see 8 inches from my face clearly.
