    Drink some water before every meal. Water gives you the feeling you're not so hungry. It doesn't just help you eat less and lose weight, drinking a lot of water is healthy and It also helps with cellulite :)

    The color tip is junk. I eat around men and women and eat what's healthy for me. I don't change my eating behaviors based on other people. Another silly tip. Eating with a non dominant hand is ridiculous. These aren't weird tips, they're a joke. I couldn't watch further.
