    it's funny because I stay up until late night (now that I'm on holidays, I normally go to sleep between 3 and 5 in the morning), but I hardly ever feel the urge to snack. but after watching this I'm craving some popcorn or hummus >.<

    Several years ago I heard this simple phrase about snacking, if you are hungry eat an apple…if you do not want an apple…you are not hungry…you are bored!! I have that written in my kitchen !!
