    I am a female 157cm and 49kg modorately active. Cron-o-meter tels me to only eat 1792 kcal. I made this profile a week ago. I never used to think abut this before now. I am vegan. I never thougt abut fat in cooking. Just in this last month after I read more abut that you realy should not eat refind fat like this prosesed oils ( coconut oil, olive oil). I also used to eat alot of Avokado, nuts and seeds! Now i am worried! And I understand this logic. But i am first of vegan for envorment and the aninimals! But it is smart to be aware abut health! Sorry for my English :S I love your videos!! I think i am close to have seen all of your and your boyfriend's videos now :D

    I had been restricting my calories since I was 8. I'm 16 now, High carb relatively low fat vegan and I can eat as much as I want and ive lost 10 lbs

    So what exactly is considered "low fat" because your body also needs fat to survive. Your brain needs fats. I'm assuming fats like in nuts and avocados are good?

    I just want to say that also, only eat until you are comfortable. If you overeat, you will gain weight regardless of where the calories come from (carbs, protein or fat, but even more so, fat).

    The problem is my family does not buy that much fruit daily and I would get in crap for eating all the fruit so quickly. I really want to do this though!!

    watching your videos are so inspiring! I don't think I would be able to go completely vegan but I am DEFINITELY eating way more fruit & carbs and less animal products.

    My mum dont believe you can eat as much as you like on vegan diet. she is another ignorant person who has no intelligence of her own. all her belief is base on the opinion of others. who are misguided. she want to see me do it before she become a vegan herself but still insist in eating fish. stubborn?

    I have a difficult time consuming that much food. Im not use to eating this large of portions. my tummy will only hold so much. How can I eat that much food when my stomach wont allow it?

    Because it's fruit and veg you don't have the same fat being stored in the body as you do when the body has to break down meat .  But yes you still have to do exercise but your normal amount should be enough .  As long as you watch out for sugar content.  And don't eat too much carbohydrates like potatoes.  Remember that fruit juices that are concentrated have a lot of sugar in them your better off with freshly juiced fruit.
