    My advice to everyone who wants to quit. Don't sign up for miracle cures, they are a placebo effect. Save your money for the gym because you'll definitely need that:) and quit cold turkey. It's all mental in the end, believe me. The key is to reprogram yourself into hating the smell and site of cigarettes. You have mind forged the love of them for years and now you have to mind forge the hate of them in order to stop. Your body will recover and you'll see and notice the effects. Gym, healthy diet, and plenty of water so that your body can recover from the years of abuse. Sugary drinks, white bread, and processed meats adds up to extra poundage and massive love handles. Two years non-smoker 26 Aug 2016.

    I smoked for 22 years. It made me physically sick and not myself, leg aches, dizziness, vomit feelings, chest pains you name it. Now smoke free for 17 days… I feel like i have woken up from a long horrible nightmare. Feel so much more relaxed and calm and smell and taste is off the charts, can think clearly and i dont have that panic feelings anymore "oh my god!!! im out of cigarettes!! Life is over!!!! I must dig in the ash trey to roll some cigarette butts!!!"… It is really the most horrible addiction one can have. It gives nothing but takes everything.

    Last time i was not smoking was when i was 13 – 14 years old. Now i am 36… Being free is a new experience for me, but i love every minute of my life now. And every day i feel that my health and life is improving. I destroyed my health for 20+ years. Heavily. 2 – 3 packs per day.

    The thing is. You have to want it yourself. But with it also is that you have to do the evilness so much, that you do not want it anymore. You have to "graduate" in addiction. What does help is, check out Allen Carr and Joel Spitzer here on Youtube!

    I am a heavy smoker and love it, I like how everything to me smells of smoke from exhaling out my nose. All family smoke and love that me and boyfriend both heavy smokers, looks cool how smoke together and like smell on us. Both know will die earlier but enjoy smoking and being smokers, will never quit!

    I will answer from my own experience you decide what is right for you! I quit smoking one month ago and it was something that I felt that is finally time to do it and stop to poison my body because every time I smoked I felt guilty and I felt like I am mistreating my body.Athough over the years I have changed to more healthy habits, (becoming vegan, doing moderate exercise) smoking was something that stayed with me (even if I didn't enjoyed anymore every cigarette was tasting like poison) until finally I said That's it!I am more powerful than this and I quit by making it a challenge with myself and taking back my power! I quit smoking to regain my health, my power, to clean my mind and body and to regain control over my life because nothing from outside will make you happy unless you don't find love and happiness inside! Now I am doing a water fast so I reset my body and clean all that no longer serves me! I know I wrote alot but if this message helps at least one person my mission is complete!

    I have been almost 7 months now free of smokes, I smoked 30 per day for 17 years. I stopped because I was having problems breathing and it always felt like I had a cold. Any one can quit it, Just don't look for excuses to go back to it. You will probably argue with your self for a few weeks as to why you should go back to it, but after that just the withdrawals.
