Good job on the video, thank you for taking the time to develop and post. A lot of black and or aa women do not have the knowledge on the importance of taking vitamins and maintaining healthy hair 🙂 this should help a lot of people!

Well, you can have it because that was a phony pony! I use it as a protective style from time to time, or when I'm just having a really bad hair day. 🙂

great video. i love all the info. I'm about to start eating healthy now….but hair grows a lot while you're pregnant bc during pregnancy, your hair is stuck in the growing phase and also during pregnancy, your body is holding onto all the nutrients stored in your body.

I wanted to add something to this video. I'm now taking womens one a day vitamins but what strengthened my nails was adding sulfur oil to my hair using my fingers. It gave me stronger nails in DAYS! I love it. Also, it lessened my scalp condition!

That's so sweet of you! Unfortunately, I don't know of any shampoos that are good for thin hair specifically, but I would suggest looking for a product that is moisturizing and won't strip your hair of all it's natural oils. As for sealing your ends, I'm not sure. The only moisturizer I swear by is Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil moisturizing lotion. It is so rich and works well on my hair straight or curly. Hope this helps!

you are soooooooooooo correct. i have see tons of hair growth since i started taking my vitamins regularly. i take the ultimate woman by/from "The Vitamin Shoppe". It's really good especially for those of us looking for all vegetarian ingredients.

Ummm, I wouldn't do that unless I were pregnant and consulted with a physician. As I stated in my vid, you can OD on vitamins, so you should really consult with a doctor first.

This video is great. I'm transitioning now and needed to know what is good for my hair. I was wonder if taking prenatal vitamins would work better that a regular multivitamin when it comes to hair growth?

Do not take Centrum vitamins! Go to your nearest GMC store and get there Women multivitamin. Centrum has iron in it which you do need but not a whole lot of it. Iron increases your appetite! The GMC Women Multivitamin doesn't have iron it. I've switch from women's centrum to the GMC brand and I noticed a BIG difference in my energy and overall feeling! I felt so much better!

Also, you can purchase good prenatal vitamins at any local drug store.
