    this is half truth and half bs.Yes give up sugar yes but give up carbs? the healthiest food for a human to eat is fruits and veg which is 90 percent carbs.
    She wants us to substitute for protein.What does she want us to eat meat and eggs?Oh yeah that"s a real healthy diet.

    Hope you are the only person who can answer my long term question.

    Im a 5'1 sedentary and eat 1500 calories m. Following a high carb low fat plant based but sometimes I incorporate fish and chicken breast for more protein especially at night time around 8pm and then will eat 2 slices of Ezekiel bread after that in bed at 11pm with only less than 100 calories remaining. I always end up waking up at the middle of the night to eat at bed and go back to sleep again then will fast for next day thinking my food havent digested fully yet and because I still don't have the appetite to eat and so I will have breakfast at 2or 3 in the afternoon. A dietician told me to eat small breakfast like a piece of bread and milk or oatmeal at 10 am the next day even though I'm not yet hungry but haven't done that yet coz I'm afraid that I eat early breakfast I will stroll get hungry and still eat in my bed till 11pm and wake up again in the middle of the night to eat.

But there r so, so many conflicting info on YouTube, what do u say to high carb vegan diet which claims that in spite of d high carb n sugary diet frm fruits, vegans never get food cravings fr sugar fructose.     Hi. I live in Japan I love your videos. Really helpful and useful and I absolutely agree those ideas.

    Actually I had tried to leave all carbohydrates out of my diet. But I felt really bad. So I decided to go high quality wholewheat flour or genmai (unprocessed rice) but I just felt that although those are unprocessed I still could not control myself. Just like today I had 250g~300g whole wheat flour and 150g genmai rice. I bake bread myself and cook food myself. I do love veggies, drink a lot of water between meals, avoid processed or chemical stuffs as possible as I can. I use coconut oil or olive oil rarely eat deep fried food or red meat. …but still feel really bad about myself. 🙁
